2007-2008 Art Instructor, Drawn To Art: Responsible for curriculum and course development for each class. Worked closely with students from ages 12 to 65 in a small student centered learning environment to meet their individual goals for artistic growth. Lead critiques, demos, and workshops as well as skills based exercises and assignments.


2007 Multi-Media Artist, Chrysler Museum of Art: Contracted out as a freelance multimedia artist to create 3 educational videos for the Old Masters In Context Series at the Chrysler Museum of Art. Duties were to take the concept from storyboard to completion for display in the museum as part of an educational initiative. Worked closely with the Director of Education and Public Programs to insure the highest quality demanded by the client.


2006 Adjunct Animation Professor, Virginia Commonwealth University: Developed and implemented a short summer intensive course in the basics of 2D and experimental stop motion animation. Worked closely with 12 entering freshmen to create animation experiences in varying principles including: hand-drawn, cut paper, under the camera, sand, paint on glass, etc. A brief history of experimental animation was given as well as demos, lectures, sample artists, and in class work time.
