Z Comer named Area Chair of Fat Studies for the MPCA/ACA

I am both excited and honored to be named the area chair of Fat Studies at the MPCA/ACA. I will help prepare, curate, and design a Fat Studies track at each year’s regional conference. Looking forward to taking on this challenge, and helping to support the efforts of other artists and academics exploring work related to representations of fatness in popular culture.
